Team Profiles
Kimberly Perkins Klintworth
Founder, Chief Executive Officer
Kimberly enjoyed a 26-year, Emmy Award winning career in television broadcasting, including a 12-year run anchoring the 5:30 and 10:00 PM weekday newscasts on ABC affiliate KTVX-TV in Salt Lake City. She founded the first nationally-syndicated television show on volunteerism called "Profiles in Caring," which airs on the American Life TV Network and internationally on Voice of America.
"GoodTube.org is really an expansion of the work we started with 'Profiles in Caring.' It is essentially a 24/7, global TV station online, committed to the people and projects making our planet a better place. It is good news... and can't we all use more of that?"
Lynn Peterson
Director of Video Production
Lynn is an award-winning photojournalist with a unique background in acting, television and film screen-writing, including work as an Assistant Producer for Dolly Parton and her Sandollar Production Company. When the glitz of Hollywood wore off, Lynn moved back home to Salt Lake City where he is Executive Producer, Chief Photographer, and Editor for "Profiles in Caring." Lynn has travelled around the world documenting humanitarian stories in too many developing countries to count, sleeping in tents and eating food he still can't identify!
Elle Wheeler
Marketing Director
Elle is the newest member of the GoodTube team. Elle recently graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in journalism. Her creativity and eye for composition guided her into the advertising business. She started working at a design firm called Blue Line Creative in 2006. After working as an intern for a couple of months she assumed the role of Project Manager and Creative Director.
Elle is passionate about organizations that make a difference. Throughout her academic career she volunteered with a number of different organizations including Primary Children's Hospital and the Cancer Wellness House. It seemed only fitting that she start her career working for a non profit organization that strives to give a voice to charitable organizations around the world. "Work that achieves a higher purpose and serves the soul rather than the ego rarely feels like work."
